We always use a third-party IEP to evaluate the data obtained from a building history and inspection. A sampling plan will be developed and samples are collected and sent to a qualified laboratory for analysis. The IEP will interpret the data and a remediation plan will be developed.

In an emergency there is a limited time frame to determine the class of the damage and a knowledgeable, trained supervisor will offer you peace of mind during the initial discovery. Our CMT will evaluate the condition (1, 2 or 3), co-ordinate with the Indoor Environmental Professional (IEP) to formulate an initial hypothesis about the origin, identity, location and extent of amplification of mold contamination.
