That’s great! I have had extremely good “vibes” from everyone of your team…..alot of heart and integrity….and I feel you all are sincere about helping people…..it’s awesome! I can tell you that hasn’t been the case with many other contractors I’ve worked with through the years. I’ve had to fight to get things done properly, and even then, as Scott found out, there have been some shoddy things done. I can’t believe the company that put the gutters on left that gap so the water pours down the side of my house! And the federal agency that removed the asbestos heating system and left the vermiculite infuriates me!! I had to take out a big loan to pay for that job and then they half-assed it! Unf_______believable!! Even the guy who changed some of my doorknobs did a sloppy job and now they’re coming loose again. I could go on and on.
RPC is a breath of fresh air! I really appreciate all the communication and quick responses I’ve gotten from you also. You do what you say you’ll do, you show up on time, work like energizer bunnies and go far beyond the call of duty in both production and quality. Needless to say, I’m impressed and very satisfied.
